Basalt

Situated at The Peech Hotel, is the contemporary fine-dining restaurant Basalt. Five started, five mains, and three deserts just as the chef recommends. This intimate space is perfect for date nights and dinner with close friends and family for special celebrations. PS: here you’ll also find the best Negroni in town. 

La Colombe

Situated on an upmarket vineyard, lies one of the most loved and awarded restaurants- La Colombe. With tuna served in a tuna tin-inspired container and pallet cleansers served on trees with smiles overflowing. La Colombe sets the bar for fine dining experiences.

Saint

A stylish restaurant and bar with a twist on modern Italian food. This restaurant is one of the most recent creations of David Higgs and Gary Kyriacou.

La Boqueria

This Hispanic-style restaurant makes you feel as though you’re sitting bar-side in BarcelonaThis casual, yet modern spot is situated in Parktown, serving up dishes such as paella, Mexican chicken, and more.

Kolonaki

Kolonaki is a Meze kitchen. Heavily inspired by Greek and Mediterranean influences the restaurant celebrates a culinary experience that has a new and exciting approach to the rich and warm etiquette of the traditional Mediterranean styles of cuisine.

Oep-ve-koep

Nestled in the little fishing village of Paternoster, Oep Ve Koep offers foodies the joy of West Coast inspired food in an unpretentious and down-to-earth setting. Known for foraging unusual ingredients from the surroundings, this spot can be described as the little sister to Wolfgat.

DW- Eleven 13

Offers a unique experience through experimental cuisine and invites diners to explore the unknown as well as interesting twists on familiar. There’s an element of serenity inside the restaurant. The atmosphere is jovial as conversation and laughter rise to meet the wire sculptures on the ceiling.

Proud Mary

Proud Mary, nestled in the heart of Rosebank's foodie district. A modern mid-century inspired all-day eatery and wine bar to suit every taste. This enticing new restaurant, serving up vibrant food in an equally vibrant setting.

Glory

Ceviche tacos, steamed prawn dumpling,s and matcha ice cream. Words cannot describe this dining experience - you simply have to try it out yourself, and while you’re at it, why not try out some orange wine too.

A funky take on Italian food and tradition. The space boasts a gorgeous artistic space filled with an impressive collection of contemporary art.

Chefs Warehouse

A unique perspective on the classic Chefs Warehouse tapas-style set menu that celebrates quality seasonal ingredients and South East Asian flavours. Much of the produce is on the beautiful farm, which is then incorporated into an ever-changing menu that celebrates the simple pleasure of eating and drinking well in a superb setting.

Pablo

The menu includes more Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern inspired dishes and the excellent wood-fired pizza served at Pablo Dos Manos. Located in an open space that looks onto a poolside facing Katherine Street, Pablo is the perfect spot for a lingering brunch.

The Shortmarket Club

On the other side of the gigantic double-red-door lies The Shortmarket Club. Offering an A la Carte small plate, the Asian-influenced menu complemented beautifully curated drinks. This is the perfect place for sharing plates.

Hemelhuijs

This is a charming cafe in downtown Cape Town that has an ever-changing interior. Each dish is plated with great attention to detail. This is a great place for those that don’t like early mornings but still appreciate that all-day breakfast.

Restuarant Klein Jan

Taking dining to the next level is Michelin-starred chef Jan Hendrik Van der Westhuizen with his underground culinary experience at Tswalu in the Kalahari.
